The rope continues outside the sleeve and wraps around the stainless steel thimbles. 1" brass grommets are added to sleeve for increased stability. The number of grommets depends on the size of the flag. Header material should be chosen from the sleeve/header material chart. Heat welding- Banner edges are folded to create a 0.75”hem. The hem is then heated to melt/weld the vinyl or plastic. The heat welded sleeve creates a strong hem without interrupting the graphics. High resolution printing (1440 DPI)- A higher quality print with 1440 DPI. DPI or Dots Per Inch is the measurement of dots of ink places in a line 1-inch long. The higher the DPI, the denser the ink dots are; this can lead to a sharp and more vibrant print. This is a good option for very detailed graphics and indoor banners that will be viewed up close. Hook & loop tape closure- Hook & loop tape applied to the ends of a sash for easy closure. Imprint size 22”x33”- Available imprint size for front panel printed table covers. The imprint is traditionally placed in the center of the front panel for maximum visibility. Larger print size digital- A digital imprint on the front panel of a table cover that is larger than 22”x33”. The digital print does not limit colors or design. Larger print size screen- A silk screened imprint on the front panel of a table cover that is larger than 22”x33”. Silk Screen images are limited to 2 colors. Length & width more than 5’- If both sides of the banner are more than 5’, there is an additional upcharge. Banner material is 5’wide so if both sides are more than 5’, there will be at least one seam. Mini rope & tassels to match fringe- Thin 2 ply string with 1”tassels on each end, used on mini podium banners. The string with tassels are available in several colors and by default, the string will match the fringe used on the banner. Mini string to match fringe- Thin 2 ply string used on mini podium banner. No header- Felt pennants without the additional header added to the left hand side of the pennant. Non-furl tube- Optional finishing for a golf flag. The non-furl tube allows the flag to rotate on the golf pin without getting wrapped around the pole. The hollow, white PVC tube is sewn into the sleeve of the golf flag. The cap on the top of the tube has a small hole that allows the tube to be placed on top of the golf pin, secured in place but still able to rotate freely. Non-pleated top stripe- Fans traditionally have 3 or more stripes that are pleated or gathered from the top. A non-pleated top stripe starts the pleating from the 2nd stripe, leaving the inner most stripe flat making any imprint more visible and readable. Other color cord- A colored cord (besides black) for drawstring backpacks. There are 16 colors are available to choose from. Other qty streamers- Adding additional streamers to a standard windsock. Each additional streamer will decrease the width of each streamer. The total width of all the streamers cannot exceed 17”. Other stock color- A blank banner that is a color other than white. There are 16 color to choose from. Can be decorated with heat transfer vinyl, silk screen or paint. Patch for non-tangle rod- Reinforced grommet located on the bottom edge of the flag. The grommet is reinforced with a 2”x2”canvas square on both sides of the flag. The reinforced grommet can be used for a non- tangle rod or a rope tie. 3’x5’- 5’x8’flags need one reinforced grommet because the 30”and 48”rods have 1 stainless steel flag attachment. Larger flags 6’x10’-8’x12’need 3 reinforced grommets for the 72”and 84”rods which have 3 attachments. A single reinforced grommet in the bottom corner is available by request for rope tie downs. Pennant- A triangle shaped flag or banner. The pennant may have 2 equal sides like an isosceles triangle or have a flat bottom like a right triangle. Pointed- The end of a sash that is cut into one point. Pole w/ hanging rope- The top edge of a podium banner is finished with a sleeve and an appropriate sized pole. Pole size is based on the size of the podium banner. A gold hanging rope is attached to the pole for easy display. Other color hanging ropes are available upon request. 1”pole sleeve closed on top- A 1”sleeve closed on top of a felt pennant, will fit up to a 0.5”pole (diameter). O P T I O N S T E R M I N O L O G Y
