An extra grommet(s) is sometimes needed to aid in hanging or to secure the flag to a pole. Vinyl banners may require extra grommets if you are hanging your banner on a wall or fence. Extra plated grommet 1"- An additional 1" plated grommet add to a flag either in the sleeve, header or another section of a flag. Pricing is per grommet. Extra brass grommet 1”- An additional 1" brass grommet add to a flag either in the sleeve, header or another section of a flag. Pricing is per grommet. Extra brass grommet 0.25”- An additional 0.25" plated grommet add to a flag either in the sleeve, header or another section of a flag. Pricing is per grommet. 1" flag material sleeve, open at both ends- A 1”sleeve that is left open at both ends to allow for a pole. The material matches that of the flag or banner. This is the default finishing for all garden flags. Finishing for processional pole- White canvas sleeve to fit the appropriate cross bar. The sleeve is split into 2 pieces with a 1.5”space in between to allow for a 1”eyelet screw. The eyelet allows the podium banner to be hung on a vertical pole via the cross bar. Fire resistant, certified- Vinyl and plastics that have been tested and certified fire resistant. Fire resistant, standard- Vinyl and plastic are inherently fire resistant, meaning they will prevent ignition and/or will self-extinguish. 0.85”flag material sleeve closed on top- Car flag finishing for flags mounted on flex poles. Flex poles hold the flags in place with 2 plastic prongs so the material must be thin enough for the prongs to poke through. The sleeve material will match the flag material and is white by default. Football shape- A car flag that is dye cut to resemble a football. The left side of the flag is straight (not die cut) to allow for the sleeve. Flag material/Custom colored flag material/custom printed flag material- Flag material header and sleeve is the default finishing for ePoly and garden flags. The header or sleeve uses the same material as the flag itself. It can be white, colored or custom printed. Flag material sleeves are also available for other materials but are not as strong as canvas sleeves and not recommended for outdoor flags. Fringe- Decorative finishing added to one or more sides of a flag or banner. The size of the fringe is dictated by the size of the flag/banner. 4”x6”-8”x12”stick flags and antenna flags have a .5”brush fringe. 12”x18- 2’x3’flags have 1.5”fringe (bullion or loop), 2.5’x4’and larger have 2.5” fringe (bullion or loop). Gold is the most popular fringe color but 16 other colors are available for an additional charge. Fringed ends- The 2 ends of a table runner can be finished with fringe. 10 colors of fringe are available in 3 styles: brush, loop and bullion. Front pocket with zipper- A 3”x5”pocket added to the front of a drawstring backpack with a zipper closure. Gathered- A table skirt where the material at the top of the skirt is gathered to create fullness. To create the gathers one or more line of sewing are placed along one edge and then the material is drawn up along the stitching to create very small folds of fabric. Gathering is an alternative to box pleating. Greek banner top sleeve finishing- Instead of a solid sleeve, the sleeve is created by thick loops with a few inches of spacing in between the loops. The loops can be made with either white canvas or with the same material as the banner. Grommets in all 4 corners + every 2-2.9’- Vinyl banner finished with a 1.5”hem and (1) 1”brass gold grommet in each corner. Additional grommets are added every 2-2.9’as requested by the customer. Example: a 10’x10’banner would have a grommet in all 4 corners and 2-3 grommets added to each side (evenly spaced). Grommets in all 4 corners + every 3-5’- Vinyl banner finished with a 1.5”hem and (1) 1”brass gold grommet in each corner. Additional grommets are added every 3’-5’as requested by the customer. Example: a 10’x10’banner would have a grommet in all 4 corners and 1-2 grommets added to each side (evenly spaced). Header & 5 grommets on left/3 grommets top- 2.5”white canvas header with 5 brass grommets on the left side and a 2.5”white canvas header on top with 3 brass grommets. Vinyl banners will have a vinyl sleeve. Header and grommets- A header affixed to a side of the flag or banner with grommets. The default is for the header to sit on the left side of the flag, finished with 2 grommets. 1”(header) with (2) 0.25”plated grommets (gold)- 1" header with (2) 1" gold colored plated grommets. Grommets 0.25" outside diameter and are placed approximately 2" from top and bottom of the header. Header material should be chosen from the Sleeve/header material chart. 1”(header) with (2) 0.25”brass grommets (gold) - 1" header with (2) 1" gold colored 100% brass grommets. Grommets 0.25" outside diameter and are placed approximately 2" from top and bottom of the header. Header material should be chosen from the Sleeve/header material chart.
